STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Orde​rs: All orders are subject to acceptance by Garment Hub.

2. Prices: Prices are as per our price list or quotation, exclusive of taxes and shipping.

3. Payment: Payment is due net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest.

4. Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Acceptance: Buyer must inspect and notify us of any issues within 5 days of receipt.

6. Returns: Returns require prior authorization. Buyer covers return shipping costs.

7. Warranty: Products are warranted to conform to our specifications.

8. Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.

9. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Nepal's laws.

11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Law.

12. Miscellaneous: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and may only be modified in writing.
